From that discussion if you would like we can make an in-home design appointment. We would usually ask for 1 to 2 hours of your time to put together a design brief, sketch, take measurements and photographs.
At this appointment we will make some design and material suggestions and provide a reasonable estimate of costs involved to achieve a completed project.
Our service to this point is free of charge
If you are happy for us to proceed further with the project based on our discussions, we will ask for a design fee dependant on the amount of work involved.The design fee charged will also depend on whether you would like to engage us in a design-only capacity or for a complete start-to-completion managed project. To provide a completed project the design fee is a one-off charge where we provide you with a full set of Autocad plans and elevations. To arrive at an accurately costed project we would usually meet several times to fine-tune the design and assist in selecting colours, materials, appliances and fittings, stone, tiles and flooring if necessary. | We also provide a full scope of works and quotations for any trades required to bring your project to completion. When you place an order with us, we arrange a check-measure where we reconfirm all measurements and details before putting the job into production. From this point we will provide a schedule for the work and continue to liaise with the required trades. Our job is not finished until your job is finished so expect us to be following up on your project until you are happy with the end result.
