Guarantees

At Markel Design our clients are our biggest source of future business through referrals and recommendations.  Your continued happiness with the finished project is number one priority for us.

We guarantee our cabinetry, benchtops and all internal fittings against faulty materials or workmanship for 7 years.  Beyond this, the Blum hinges and drawer systems are covered by their lifetime warranty.  Several of the benchtop materials we use are covered by the manufacturer for longer terms.

We are covered by requisite public liability insurances.  Trades are guaranteed by our builder, along with his home-owners insurances provided on each project.

Any appliances and bathroom fittings which you provide will be covered by the retailer/manufacturer warranty.

These guarantees are in addition to all other statutory warranties provided by Victorian legislation.
